Monroe/Wilson Families

Monroe, James Henry, married Gertie Ann Merrow on August 23, 1888. They had the following children: Paul Edward Monroe, Anna Bell Monroe, Nellie Mae Monroe, James Monroe, Lee Lafayette Monroe, Johnny Eugene Monroe, Onie Geneva Monroe, & Berneva Monroe.

Monroe, Paul Edward, was born February 3, 1918. Paul married Oma Marie Wilson on November 4, 1939 in Greene County, Arkansas. They had one child, who preceded them in death: Paul Wilburn Monroe was born September 1, 1941 in Paragould, Arkansas. Paul Wilburn died on February 23, 1981. Paul Edward Monroe died on Dec. 6, 1993 in Paragould, Arkansas.

Wilson, Barnett (Berny) Allen, was born August 23, 1879. He married Etta Mae Rittenberry on September 30, 1900 in Saline County, Illinois. Etta Mae was born May 16, 1885.
